Starters

Spicy parsnip soup

Our signature dish: Blue Strawberry Salad continental leaves tossed with Atlantic prawns, grilled cured bacon, blue stilton, roasted cashew nuts & crispy croutons

Game & smoked bacon terrine served with red cabbage & pear chutney & a chunk of toasted ciabatta

A seafood tower of fresh salmon, crayfish tails & Atlantic prawns bound in a tomato & dill dressing topped with horseradish cream cheese & with a twist of smoked salmon

(V) Freshly baked shortcrust tart filled red onion, spinach & brie resting on balsamic dressed leaves


Main Course

Roasted fresh Norfolk turkey breast & molasses – glazed gammon served with baby chipolatas & homemade sausage, thyme & chestnut stuffing

Char-grilled prime sirloin steak served with a jug of classic green peppercorn sauce

Corn-fed chicken breast served with wild mushroom & tarragon fricassee

Slow roast belly of pork with crispy crackling served with apple sauce

Duet of salmon & seabass on a bed of creamed leeks & prawns served with a dish of buttered minted new potatoes

Chef’s steak, mushroom & ale pie with buttered shortcrust pastry

(V) Layers of griddled Mediterranean vegetables glazed with Gruyere cheese

All main courses are served with roast potatoes & fresh vegetables

Traditional Christmas spiced pudding & hot brandy custard

White chocolate & raspberry torte on a chocolate pastry base

Burnt caramel glazed French crème brulee

Baileys cheesecake (nut biscuit base) served with Chantilly cream

Fresh pineapple in orange & Malibu syrup topped with rum & raisin ice cream
